Hello I Am A 58 Year Old RN I Have

Hello I am a 58 year old RN I have had =5 edema of my Left ankle+foot and +3 of the Right for a few weeks. I had a severe injury in the Left leg 20 years ago and the lymph doesn't drain correctly. Nothing from mid calf superior. No real pain but it looks ugly. I spend a lot of time in and out of many cars as a nurse for a group home agency, Transporting client;s to and from appt with W/C and O2 tanks. Then other days I sit a a computer charting for hours not moving, It is summer and I have a little more salt on fresh vegies than in the winter months, actually just sweet corn and tomatoes! No SOB no pain. BP is borderline high with HCTZ and another mild diuretic on board. When I have a doy off and sleep a little longer no edema.
