Hello, I Am A 59yo White Male, In Good Health,

Hello,
I am a 59yo white male, in good health, never smoked, don't drink alcohol and never did drugs. I exercise (walk/lift weights) daily. My problem is I have lost my appetite, I have hot flashes and a queasy stomach/nauseas but have never thrown up or felt like throwing up. I have lost 15 lbs in the last 6 weeks as I have not appetite. I have to force myself to eat. My doctor (an infectious disease specialist) has tested me for TB, HIV (twice) , HEP, WBC, RBC, Toxoplasmosis, 2 Thyroid blood tests and NUMEROUS other blood and urine tests, all of which have come back negative. What are we missing?
