I am a 64 year old male, in good health. I had a mild case of chickenpox as a youngster, and a mild case of Shingles as well at about age 61. Is there any need for me to take the vaccine at this point or has my immune system had it's fair share of the related viruses to be protected at this point in time . Or, Should I get just get the shot for increased protection?
