Hello, I Am A 76 Year Old White Male In

Hello, I am a 76 year old white male in fairly good health. I am right handed. I have been experiencing the inability to grasp a pen or pencil in a comfortable position for writing checks etc. I must make a concentrated effort to hold the pen in such a way that I can write. My hand has a tendency to curl in towards my body and I have noticed my facial (lips) and mouth tighten as I concentrate. This has become very frustrating. Have started paying bills on line rather than go trough the effort of writing checks.

I have no trouble dressing or with buttons etc. This is the only discomfort I am experiencing. I sometimes do get rather severe neck aches.
