Hello, I Am A 77 Yo WM, In Generally Good

Hello, I am a 77 yo WM, in generally good health. Past Hx includes a PE in 2009, on Eliquis and a number of antihypertensive meds. I am an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon, retired. Had a minor TIA 5 weeks ago with no residual effects. Ever since the minor stroke have had a stiff neck that limits my head movement from side to side and up and down. I feel it is musculoskeletal and not a cervical spine problem. Any ideas about a continuous stiff neck and what to do for it? PT, or meds?? Thanks
