Hello I Am A Bit Concerned And Am Wondering If

Hello I am a bit concerned and am wondering if i should go to the ER. I had terrible acid reflux from a pork sandwich i had for lunch. Couple hours later i vomitted so much acid and so violently that after i felt a hard thing in the back of my tongue i thought it was the tums i took to relieve the pain but it wont go away and when i felt the back of my tongue i was shocked and believe it is my epiglottis what should i do
