Hello, I am a boy of 29. Couple of months ago I had very bad "gastritis". Since then, I am feeling unexplained nausea and upset stomach. Atually, I don't vomit but feel like it's coming... I have no idea why I have this feeling...
Recently I did H. Pylori test and the result is negative. No loss of appetite, no weight loss, and no bloody/brown stool, no drinking, no smoking, no drugs. These days, even very little chillies and peppers can irritate my stomach and I feel uneasy.
I am a student. And, don't do very heavy exercises.
What should I do?
