Hello, I Am A Female Age 60. I Have Bumps

Hello, I am a female age 60. I have bumps on my pubic area that itch badly. Not inside the vagina. I am African American. I thought it could have been from shaving or the blood pressure medication I was taking. I was taking Amlopine when the bumps appeared. No longer taking that medication. Still itching and going bald in my pubic area. Help. My husband does not have any bumps. I only sleep with my husband of 42 years.
