Hello. I am a female, age 66. I seem to have developed a pocket of some sort in my throat in which food gets stuck. This has not been a problem and does not cause pain or even discomfoft, but I would like to know what it is and if I should consult a doctor, other than online. I did have surgery for a para-esophageal hernia a few years back.
