Hello I am a male 39 years old 5 feet tall 262 pounds severe neck and back pain spinal stenosis had a neck fusion because i was born without a vertibrate. I am now having tingling and a little numbness in my feet, they also feel like im on hot coals. my hand goes numb while i rest my arms. what is it that makes my feet feel like they pustlate?
