Hello I Am A Recently Diagnosed With Type Two Diabeties

Hello I am a recently diagnosed with type two diabeties and high blood pressure diabetic nerve pain in both legs and hands and adult migraines. I have been on meds for all the issue's and have just started physical therapy for a frozen left shoulder.....I am taking muscle relaxer for that as well, however over the last 4 weeks i have had the issue with instant vertigo and nausea along with seeing what i could say as white clouds looking out of eyes and last episode I seemed to black out for about 4 minute's according to my wife. Can you help me with some information please?
