Hello, I Am A Thirty Four Year Old Female And

Hello, I am a thirty four year old female and have acute pain thru out my body my back will tighting and cause me great discomfort it also happens to other parts of my body, I have been tested for Lyme, fibromyalgia, both those test were negative. I also have veins that now have developed in my lower back area that my doctor says its okay that were not there before at times I cant sit on my tailbone with out being in great discomfort I am in pain all over constantly some days are better then others please help.....
