Hello, I Am A Type 2 Diabetic, Who Scraped The

Hello, I am a type 2 diabetic, who scraped the top of my skin off of my leg monday. I had a tetanus shot in 2014. I washed my leg with soap and water, I also put hydrogen peroxide on it, witch hazel, green alcohol on it, and aloe vera gel on it. My leg still hurts from where I scraped the top layer of skin off of it. I wanted to know if i could put some benzocaine on it to stop the pain. I don't want to go to a doctor because I don't have a regular doctor and i don't have the money for the bill, that is why I am asking you online what I should do thank you.
