Hello I am a young male in late teens, and I've had a new sexual partner without any protection. and I've been having discharge from the penis that is clear or white thin and watery with a foul odor typically noticeable when I wake up in the morning or at night. And once during the day I kind of felt drips of discharge coming out the discharge is not consistent it come and go at times, also right after intercourse I noticed small red non itchy smooth bumps on the tip of my penis that went  away really fast about 2-6 days after and never came back followed by a rash on the foreskin, and a reddish like burn on the head of the penis in the center horizontally about the same time the bumps appeared and some itchiness in the pubic area and I've felt tingling sensations in the penis as well all within about a week or two after my new partner and I had sexual intercourse. I also gave and received oral and my throat has been swollen and l noticed about 2-3 patches on my tongue kind of looks like a growth of candida of the tongue, about a month after  intercourse. Im starting to noticed some type of ill feeling with nausea, very very light  vomiting about twice, and a cough that brings up mucus, runny nose and sneezing and a fatigued feeling, no fever or high blood pressure no headache as well. And a deep open sore that was reddish green then later formed pus inside about 1-3 days after the bump formed and very painful and tender to the touch, hard surface when it was filled with pus accidentally popped it while getting out of the shower and it has not crust over its just about open and has a white border around it, it has been like this for about 2 weeks and hurts when I touch it, now there is another small dark brown or black bump by the inner thigh in the pubic area and a rash on my arms up to the shoulders and back my shoulders and chest almost like skin is peeling and scaly a very, very light itch on the right arm where the site of the rash and there is also like a white patch at the left foot. what do you think doc?
