Hello,

I am abhishek from India.
The question is regarding my father who is experiencing headache and heavy tounge.
He dyed his hairs yesterday and also took some paracetamol and caffeine tablets to get rid off cold.
However,from today morning onwards, he is experiencing difficulty in speaking and headache.
He is a cardiac patient and his pulse rate is around 85 while resting.
His age is 55.
Would like to have your opinion on this issue.
