Hello I Am About 4 Weeks Out From My 2nd

Hello I am about 4 weeks out from my 2nd c section, doctor said he went through 7 layers of scar tissue. My question is I had did some laundry today and carried it up a flight of stairs, and from my house to my car and back, now I'm feeling pain and burning in my groin abdomen area on the left. Could I have tore something inside?
