Hello I am an 40 year old female and over eight years ago I had a tubal ligation. Well this is going on my 4th month of no periods and they used to come every month and I have had all the symptoms. Took about three home pregnancy test and the results wouldn't be positive nor negative so should I be concerned about being pregnant
