Hello: I Am An Alcoholic Just Having Gone Thru A

Hello: I am an alcoholic just having gone thru a mild course of pancreatitis two weeks ago. I have stopped drinking 2 weeks ago but still have some odd symptoms. I have spasms in the abdominal area. They are non painful but I can definitely feel them. When they do occur (approximately every 10 seconds or so ) I have a missing heart beat. I.E. for every spasm I miss a heartbeat. Have you ever heard of this. Male 61 in reasonably good health and weight. Thank you.
