Hello, I Am Angel And I Wanted To Inquire About

Hello, I am angel and i wanted to inquire about a reocurring lip sore that my family member has been suffering from for over 2 years. It happens on the lower lip. It is a painful, pussing/bleeding and leaving some blood clotes on the lip. It makes it hard to eat/drink/lugh and live life. It si painful and sesitive in sensetion. A few doctors recommended medication but non seem to get rid of it but numb the pain and help minimize the puss and blood. what do you think this might be>
