Hello, I am asking for my husband. He says he doesn't have any knee pain until he goes up or down the stairs or if Ihe squats. He says it feels like a nail is being driven into knee or like something is slipping under his knee cap and it is very painful. It usually hurts for about 20 minutes after that .
