Hello, I Am Concerned I May Be Pregnant. My Boyfriend

Hello,
I am concerned I may be pregnant.
My boyfriend and I have yet to have intercouse yet, but we do genital rubbing whilst he wears a condom. The last six or so months, my periods have been (for me) irregular in terms of the timeframe between the end of the last and the start of the first. I generally forget to chart it down, but I have a habit of mentally recalling when the most recent period was, which in this case was 6th-9th/10th September (my periods last 4-5 days). My boyfriend and I have occasionally had very short bursts of bare rubbing and my period has yet to arrive.

I do know that in the last six months I've put on more weight and have been quite inactive. I am concerned because I can not tell if he is pre-ejeculating during the short rubbing (nothing more than a minute) as I was very wet at the time. I fear it may have rubbed on my vagnial opening. I've been feeling ill when I go to sleep, and when I wake, for the last few days. I also took a test using a home kit, and it came out negative, but I plan to take another tomorrow, and visit my Gp.
