Hello I Am Concerned About My Eye. I Just Noticed

Hello I am concerned about my eye. I just noticed a bump in the inner corner of my eye on the pink area. It looks similar to how a pimple would look with a white head but the pink area is red around it. Should I be worried its small but I feel discomfort in my eye. I cant go to a regular doctor but should I go to an urgent care or something? Is there anything I could do myself to get rid of it.
