Hello, I Am Concerned About My Heart. I've Seen Two

Hello, I am concerned about my heart. I've seen two family doctors and they have not sent me for any testing what so ever. I can wake at night, after sleeping anywhere from 2 to 5 hours and my heart is racing. I have a small wrist heart rate monitor, and it can read as much as 163/83 with hart rate of 125, this is coming from a dead sleep. I do not recall having any nightmares when this happens.
