Hello, I am currently 17 year old male, I've been addicted to smoking poppers for about a year and a half now. Just recently I have been able to slow down to a complete stop. My only trouble is I can't sleep at night, I've tried to take melatonin and just doesn't work. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to help me sleep? Also before I began smoking poppers, I weighted 185 lbs, and now I currently way 156lbs. I eat maybe 2 pieces of toast a day and maybe something at dinner. I am wondering if you are able to help me regain my metabolism and my weight? A meal plan or something after detoxing Marijuana. Like a certain amount of calories, fats and proteins?
