Hello. I Am Currently 19 Years Old And Have Been

Hello. I am currently 19 years old and have been in a long term relationship with my girlfriend of three years now. I have found out recently she has DID and as I spoke to two of her personalities. This was caused due to trauma which I am unsure of what happened but can only imagine. I am unhappy with this as my mother had left when I was 12 and was schizophrenic/ borderline insane and had destroyed my childhood. My girl friend's personalities are suppressed when I am around. When I spoke to her about it, she did not want to lose her personalities as they are "friends" with her. I want to help her and try to find a treatment that will best benefit her, however I am not sure if she will consent or not. I want a healthy relationship though and her DID has been and now has affected our relationship and I am willing to be with her and support her only if she undergoes therapy though. To complicate matters even further, she has a mentally unstable online friend she is very close with who also has DID. Some of my girl friend's identities have become entwined and even married to this person, while my girl friend feels no desire herself. My girl friend also wants that friend to move in with us in the future which I will not allow, as I believe it will become an environment that will be unhealthy for her. Do you suggest I explain to her treatment is the only way we can stay in a relationship? How can I help her at home? And what therapies do you recommend? Do you believe there is a reasonable possibility of treatment having an impact on her?
