Hello, I Am Currently 39 Weeks And 4 Days Pregnant.

Hello, I am currently 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I have not began to dilate however my doctor told me my cervix was softened. I had a kidney stent placed in my urethra 28 weeks of pregnancy which is still there. I've been to the ER letting the doctors know I've been having cramps and pains and they only send me home and tell me to take tyleonl. However today after cleaning the nursery I started to experience horrible burning when passing urine, pain in my right middle flank, I am cramping, I feel nauseous and my vagina is having this throbbing feeling that won't go away. I do not want to waste my time going to the ER and they send me home. I am not having contractions just horrible cramps, burning sensation when passing urine and horrible pain in my middle right side. Please tell me what I should do
