Hello, I Am Currently 9 Weeks Pregnant And My Eosinophilis

Hello,
I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and my eosinophilis is 6.1. It increases slightly since January this year. I had 2 miscarriages before and I'm really scared it might happen again.

Can anyone explain to me about eosinophilis and if it causes miscarriages?
