Hello, I Am Currently Taking 81mg Asprin & Effient Just

Hello,
I am currently taking 81mg asprin & effient just checked drug interactions & it said that the asprin causes some sort of toxicity with the effient. I guess you should know why I am taking effient. I have p.a.d. ( hardened artery disease ) sorry if I stated the obvious you can believe it or not I had a heart attack and two strokes I have two heart valve stints roughly 90 throughout my body the doctors had issues every time they put a stint in the artery with claps in front of it and so they had to keep putting one after another put I currently have a blocked right carotided artery I also have plac psoriasis & psoriasisoriadic arthritis. I am hoping that you can see my medication chart. I was also taking Embril which I had to stop due to a cold I p/u last JULY & still dealing with currently. My general Dr. Has put me on 3 Z- packs since & is hesitant about using again. Got any other info that I could try I think I will stop taking the asprin what do you think?
