Hello I Am Currently Trying To Get Off The Last

Hello I am currently trying to get off the last small dose of suboxone. The film that I am taking is 2mg and I take an eighth of that a day. I am having a hard time not taking the eighth. I start to get my back pain again and it makes me want to tense up my back. I am wondering if I can take a tizanadine 4mg instead of the eighth of suboxone to help relieve the tensing that I feel.
