Hello I Am Diabetic I Have Had Lower Back Pinafore

I am diabetic I have had lower back pinafore some months. I recently went to the doctor my a1c is 10 and my cholesterol is high. I get yeast infections a lot they say my urine is clear and my bladder is fine. I know I need to lower my sugar.. I am on an insulin pump and after I eat my sugar is high. So this week I took 2 difflucan pills. It seemed to help but now I still have a drainage and it seems as if I'm wet Iike I need a pad?
