Hello, I Am Experiencing A Hematoma Of The Penile Shaft

Hello, I am experiencing a hematoma of the penile shaft after a sexual encounter. No pain, just the penile shaft is blue and there is some blood collecting under the skin. It is definitely not getting worse but in 24 hours it has not gotten better.
I can urinate fine, there is no pain. Is this something that will go away on its own or fo I need to seek medical intervention ?
