Hello I Am Experiencing Numbness In Both Left And Right

Hello I am experiencing numbness in both left and right forearm and hands quite frequently for approximately the last month, daily every other hour pretty much continuously. Medications I am taking are wellbutron, topomax and levrothroxyn. Could these medications be causing this numbness or could there be another underlying problem?
