Hello I Am Experiencing Pain And Cramps In My Lower

Hello I am experiencing pain and cramps in my lower abdomen feeling like I need to go have a bowel movement. I am also experiencing pain in my kidney region, dull pain and the urge to have a bowel movement but nothing comes out I did use an enema but don't know if I used it correctly, I don't know how long I was to wait before getting back on the toilet
