Hello, I Am Experiencing Pain On The Top Of My

Hello, I am experiencing pain on the top of my hand, like a achie feeling (right below my nuckle.) I've started noticing it about a month go. I havent done anything new to injury it. It feels like the bones in the top of my hands or aching. What do you suggest I do? Do I need to get an scan done on it.
