Hello, I Am Experiencing Upper Abdomen Pain Worse With Movement

Hello, I am experiencing upper abdomen pain worse with movement and deep breathing , my stomach has grown more in the last two months than it has in my 37 yrs of living. It is not jiggily like fat but almost solid. I was experiencing lower abdomen pain A FEW months ago and had cat scans and ultrasounds performed with no results. However the ultra sound doc believed I may have fatty liver disease because my liver appeared to be 15% larger than it should be. I am extremely worried , please advise. thank you
