Hello I Am Feeling Exhausted For About Three Weeks Know.

Hello I am feeling exhausted for about three weeks know. I had bronchitis took meds got better the allergies took meds for the ear infection I got.Still using fluticasone and taking doctor prescribed allergy meds do have symptoms for allergies but ears still always blocked. I exercise 2-3 times a week for one hour intensely I take a low dose of blood pressure meds I am 225 lbs and 6'3" tall. I stopped drinking coffee and alcohol still feel exhausted. Don't know what to do? thanks in advance for any ideas
