Hello, I Am Feeling Very Itchy At Night And Has

Hello, I am feeling very itchy at night and has whitish colour patch. Its only feeling itchy at night and in daytime i won't realized it much. I think it looks like fungal infection.Can you give some medication for this. Please, Don't give me any high dose.Its not that much itchy.But i want to get rid of this.
