Hello. I Am Five And A Half Months Post Triple

Hello. I am five and a half months post triple arthrodesis of the left hind foot. Shortly after the cast was removed, I have had significant swelling of the left foot and of the right foot, to a lesser degree. Also, my legs ache especially in the morning hours. The pain is inhibiting me from normal daily living. I will appreciate any information you can provide.
