Hello. I Am Getting A Cotinine/nicotine Test In One Week

Hello. I am getting a cotinine/nicotine test in one week for a surgery. I quit smoking 17 days ago but did have a few slip ups. I have an electronic cigarette with 2.4% nicotine that I have used for approximately 10 puffs a day. I also had two regular strength cigarettes Saturday night, Sunday night, and last night (Monday) So, minimal nicotine intake for the last two plus weeks. I have smoked for 15 years but usually about a half a pack a day. As I said, I have a blood test on Monday. What are the chances of my passing? I believe the nurse said it needs to be below 2 something?
