Hello. I Am Getting A Tingling Feeling On My Penis

Hello. I am getting a tingling feeling on my penis cos I took antibiotics..yesterday I took ciprolex for stomach infection and that feeling started and I popped a cetrizen in the night and today I took the same in the morning... Doc told me to change the anti b so I took zinat and cetrizen and I started in night and I am still having the same feeling. What should I do.
