I am having a hard time breathing a lot of the time lately. I am also having some pain in both arms, with them loosing feeling. I am diabetic and take insulin. I have had a thyroidectomy and take levothyroxine. I have no insurance and am very stressed. I worry as to what may be wrong and am looking for advice.
