Hello I Am Having Bleedings Al Cycle Long, Sometimes Brown

I am having bleedings al cycle long, sometimes brown blood, few times red..
Since a month i didn't have clean substance

I know i should be visiting a gynecologist, i had polykystic ovaries maybe it got complicated..
But i need to have an idea what might be the cause, what problems could cause it
