Hello I Am Having Leakage Out Of My Rectum. I

Hello I am having leakage out of my rectum. I have to go to the bathroom about 4 to six times a day and it seem slike sometimes I have to go more often. I keep having stains on my underwear and I do not know whats going on. I have had back surgery and have nerve damage.
