Hello, I Am Having Lower Back Pin And Serious Pain

Hello, I am having lower back pin and serious pain down both legs. I had spinal fusion surgery at L4-5 S1 back in 2000. Since then I still have back pain but now it's different than before.. That surgery or even trying to turn over in bed! Back in 2000 I was screaming with pain. Now its been almost 15 years later . I am again having low back pain & severe pain down both legs. IT is painful to laydown on my back or try to turnover.My latest MRI shows L2-3 disk bulg & . L3-4large protrusion causing canal stenosis . Going to see the same surgeon who did my first spinal fusion next week. Not sure what he is going to say or do? I know something has to br done. Exercises & steriod epidurals are not going to fix this. anything you can say as to what I need ??
