Hello. I Am Having Pain In On My Right Side

Hello. I am having pain in on my right side (from hip to ribs) - feels like a Charlie horse in my side. Then I feel like I might possible throw-up (but haven't), hard to breathe thru pain, and sharp pain starts (where intestine area is -lower right abdomen area), then I get freezing cold. It has waken me up in the middle of the night in instant pain for 3 nights now. It will subside anywhere from 30-60 mins. Then I feel ok.
