Hello. I Am Having Pain On Inside Of Wrist (area

Hello. I am having pain on inside of wrist (area you would touch to monitor heart beat). It started hurting for no reason and my vein in that wrist is a little raised and more noticeable than the other wrist. It's hurting. Should I be concerned? I've never had this before. I am a 44 yr old woman.
