Hello, I Am Having Sever Ear, Throat And Chest Pains.

Hello, I am having sever ear, throat and chest pains. My ear feels itchy and it hurts, my throat feels like there is glass in it and my chest pain is so severe that it wakes me at night. I have been to the emergency room and they keep telling me that they cannot find anything, but I know something is wrong. Can you help me?
