Hello, I Am Having Severe Itch On Labia Majora, Groin,

Hello, I am having severe itch on labia majora, groin, back of my thigh and part of my buttocks. There is not much redness except from the itching and a little burning. There is no discharge, no warts, or small pimplea. I saw a doctor in ER since my doctor didn't have appointment today. who barely looked at me or got the history and told me it was contact dermatitis (I have been using the same products which I have been using for years). Told me to use triamcinolone acetonide. I have used it for a day and it barely has helped. Any possibility it is an yeast infection and I was misdiagnosed by ER doctor. (I had called my doctor and she told me it sounded like an yeast infection and told me to use OTC monistat). The itch is uncontrollable and I don't know what to do.
