Hello! I Am Having Severe Pain In My Throat, However

Hello! I am having severe pain in my throat, however this does not feel like a normal sore throat. I feel like my throat is slightly closed, it's hard to breath sometimes. My throat looks extremely irritated and feels that way too. Is it possible it could be something more than just a sore throat? I also feel extremely fatigued and my body aches.
