Hello, I Am Having Some Bloating & Fullness Feeling In

Hello, I am having some bloating & fullness feeling in my stomach/abdomen. This is unusual for me and it's been going on for a few days. I haven't eaten anything different recently. I am not overweight, 5'1" and 105 lbs. I exercise regularly. I do have a small hernia just above my belly button that probably should be repaired. Could the hernia be causing the uncomfortable feeling? Anything else that might be the cause? Thank you ~ Janice
